How custom grillz are made
Getting grillz at Grillz Miami takes four steps: a mold or digital scan of your teeth, a design session, casting and hand-finishing (5–10 days for silver, 10–15 for gold and iced), then fitting and pickup in Miami or shipping anywhere in the US. Impression kits are mailed nationwide.

Mold or digital scan
We take a dental-putty impression of your teeth in about 20 minutes — at our Miami studio or at your home or office. Prefer digital? We can work from an intraoral scan file. Not in Miami? Order our impression kit by mail, available anywhere in the US.

Design
Choose your teeth, metal (silver, 10K, 14K, 18K; yellow, white or rose), finish, cuts like open face or windows, and stones. We confirm the price per tooth and take a deposit before casting.

Hand-finished
Your grill is built on a stone model of your teeth, cast in solid metal, then fitted, stone-set and polished by hand. Plain sets take 5–10 days; gold and iced take 10–15 days.

Fitting and pickup
Collect in Miami and we check the fit in your mouth and walk you through care. Or we ship to your door anywhere in the US, insured and tracked.
Impression kit by mail — anywhere in the US
We send upper and lower trays, putty and clear instructions. Mix, press, wait a few minutes, and mail the impressions back in the prepaid envelope. We check every impression on arrival and ask for a retake before casting if anything is unclear.
